Please join us. Tuesday Mindfulness Class with Terry and Lhasha 6:30-8:30 PM Registration typically required Wednesdays Making a Difference: Mindfulness Tools for Creating Change 5:30-6:30 PM This sitting circle builds practical mindfulness skills to be applied right in the midst of ordinary life. Guided meditation followed by brief optional discussion. All are welcome. 6:30-7:30 PM or sometimes 8:00 PM First Wednesday of the Month: Mindfulness of music Second Wednesday of the Month: Loving kindness. Third Wed. of the Month: Mindfulness to be with and understand the nature of difficult emotions. Loving kindness will naturally arise from this practice and understanding. Fourth Wed. of the Month: Buddy group Practices. Buddy Members will lead the sit. Attendees can request topics for guided meditations on the second and third Wed From time to time, music will be played at the end for deepening your practice.
