Learning to Meditate with Steve
This half-day program offers a basic introduction to mindfulness meditation, practices to focus attention on present-moment experience. You'll learn heart-centered techniques and specific ways to pacify the mind through attending to physical sensations, the breath, our own thought process, and how thoughts connect (for better and for worse) with emotional states.
We'll learn one or two ways to do walking meditation.
This event meets in-person at TCMC. Masks are required, because the instructor is in a high-risk category for Covid-19. By registering you agree to follow the safety protocols.
