Sitting Together -- A Morning of Shared Practice. The first Sunday of every month

Would you enjoy some serious meditation practice in a group setting, without going away on retreat? That is the purpose of today’s program, a half-day of silent practice.

This event meets in-person at TCMC. Masks and social distancing will be required. By registering you agree to follow the safety protocols.

We’ll alternate 45 minutes of sitting with 20 minutes of walking.

If you come in after 8:30 am, please enter quitely.  You do not have to stay for the entire morning.

This program is led by Steve Ross MA. He is a Tucson-based, California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in stress and anxiety reduction. He is a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.

Suggested Fee: $5-20, suggested donation to cover TCMC expenses.  There is a small processing fee for Paypal or credit card payment to help TCMC keep its event prices low 

   *No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.

Refund Policy* - Due to COVID, if you cancel before the event starts you will receive a full refund.
