Kirtan with Infinite Compassion Orchestra

Orchestra Members performing on stage for listeners

Details

With roots in the practice of Bhakti Yoga, kirtan is a form of devotional music that blends call-and-response singing with rich layers of sound from instruments across the world. It’s less a performance than a shared experience: voices rising together, rhythms steadying the breath, and melodies that invite the heart to open.

Comfortable cushions and chairs will be provided, so you can simply arrive, settle in, and let the music carry you.

About Kirtan

Kirtan is an ancient practice of Bhakti Yoga — the yoga of devotion, or love. Repeating Sanskrit mantras through music quiets the mind and awakens the heart, offering a meditative path that is joyful, grounding, and deeply connective. The Infinite Compassion Orchestra weaves these mantras with instruments from India, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, creating a soundscape that is both timeless and alive.

Come as you are. All voices, all hearts, all minds, are welcome.
