Meditating in Community - 1/2 Day Retreat
with Blake Barton

Take your meditation practice to a new level by attending a retreat. Everyone is welcome! You may attend the whole retreat or only a portion.  The retreat will start with meditation instruction, in the form of a guided meditation. We will then alternate between seated and walking meditation. The retreat will end with a guided loving-kindness or compassion meditation, an opportunity for Q&A, and optional sharing. This retreat is suitable for beginners and more advanced meditators.

We enter the building through the back door, remove shoes and meet in the larger meditaton hall in the front of the building. We have plenty of chairs and cushions so you do not need to bring anything.

Please refrain from wearing scented products (natural or unnatural) as some people are allergic.
